We ask that you please silence your phone to maintain a peaceful environment.
During your Session:
Breathe deeply and relax—this is your time to unwind.
Feel free to communicate if any pressure feels too light or too intense.
Let Faith know if you need adjustments to positioning, temperature, or comfort.
After your Session:
Take your time getting up and allow your body to adjust slowly.
Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and rehydrate.
Rest and relax to fully absorb the benefits of your massage.
Avoid strenuous activities for the next 24 hours to let your body recover.
