Is there parking available?

Yes! Once you enter the parking lot, there are multiple parking spots right outside our building.

Is there a waiting area/room?

Unfortunately, there is no waiting area/room available. We ask that all clients wait in their car until it is time for their appointment. Once it’s time, Faith will meet you at the door!

Do you have a restroom on-site?

Yes. Once you walk into the building, it will immediately be on your right!

How do I book a massage?

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment. We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate your needs. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. You can reschedule by contacting us via phone or our online booking system. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Do you accept walk-ins or require appointments only?

We only operate by appointment to ensure that each client receives the dedicated attention and personalized care they deserve. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Is it normal to feel tired or sore after a massage?

Yes, it's normal to feel tired or slightly sore after a massage, especially if it was deep tissue or focused on tense areas. This sensation usually subsides within a day or two. Staying hydrated and resting can help ease any discomfort.

We accept Facebook Pay, Venmo, card, and cash. For card payments, please be ready to swipe your card as we use a Stripe card reader.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding!
